Jen attended and graduated with honors from Palisades High School. While at Palisades, she was a sprinter on the girl’s undefeated Track &amp; Field team and even represented her high school at the state championships in the 4x100 relay.After graduating high school, Jen attended community college before heading to the University of Pittsburgh to study finance. Jen graduated with honors and began her career in finance working for companies like Merrill Lynch and BlackRock. While working full-time, Jen attended and graduated with her MBA from Pennsylvania State University.&nbsp;During her almost 10-year career at Penn Mutual Asset Management (PMAM) as an Investment Analyst, she developed her operations and governance experience and skills while overseeing the portfolio manager selection and due diligence for the company’s $25 billion portfolio.&nbsp;While at PMAM, Jen also served as the President of the company’s philanthropic team, the Community Outreach of Penn Mutual. She led a team of 12 employees who were responsible for all the company’s fundraising, volunteering, and impact-related activities. The team was so successful, Jen was invited to present to the Penn Mutual Board of Trustees.&nbsp;Following her career in investment management, Jen pursued her passion for driving process improvement and strategy development and turned her focus to Group Benefit insurance as a strategist. Today, Jen serves as a Sales &amp; Service Enablement Manager where she partners with business leaders to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and impactful training and enablement programs to drive revenue growth.&nbsp;Jen Is a dedicated volunteer at a donkey rescue located in Plumstead Township where she has been volunteering weekly since 2021. She is an avid cyclist and runner and is very active in the cycling community advocating for safety and access to the sport. She has completed over 30 triathlons, including Ironman Lake Placid.&nbsp;Jen and her long-term partner Bob, enjoy spending time with family in friends, and of course biking through the beauty that is Plumstead Township and Bucks County.&nbsp;

<h2>Re-Elect Ken Lichtenstein</h2>Ken was born and raised in the Delaware Valley and has dedicated his career and personal life to service, leadership, and community impact. He graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia and earned his degree in psychology and business from Drexel University, where he also founded and led a student-run counseling center with university support.Ken began his professional journey by managing his family’s historic business, Rodeo Ben, a western clothing company founded over a century ago. His grandfather designed the original “Wrangler” line for Blue Bell Inc.—a brand still iconic today.<img src="https://run.imgix.net/3b69d589-2926-4189-8a2b-b45b982f15db/480defe5-21c9-4750-9a00-ebdd35f43081/023d3b75-361c-430f-98a5-d16f40be8bd7.webp?ixlib=js-3.8.0&amp;bri=0&amp;con=0&amp;sat=0&amp;high=0&amp;shad=0&amp;usm=0&amp;rect=0%2C0%2C4096%2C2730&amp;w=1500" alt="" caption="" align="right" alignwidth="40" tiltdirection="left" variant="framed">After working to fund his graduate education, Ken earned a Master of Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. Several years after that, Ken completed his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, further expanding his expertise in organizational development.For over 35 years, Ken focused on helping individuals, teams, and organizations improve their effectiveness. His career includes leadership roles at renowned companies such as GE, Allstate, and RCA, as well as work with consulting firms and his own private coaching and consulting practice.Ken has long been active in community service. He has been volunteering with the Boy Scouts (now Scouts BSA) for over 30 years, focusing on fundraising and Eagle Scout support. He has also chaired his homeowner association board and raised funds for nonprofits through long-distance cycling events, including a 500-mile ride in six days from Minneapolis to Chicago.Ken has played a vital role in local government. He serves on the executive board of the Bucks County Association of Township Officials (BCATO), focusing on support for emergency services, including volunteer fire and ambulance departments. He founded the Plumstead Land Preservation Education and Advisory Committee and has served as liaison to the township’s Environmental Advisory Council.In addition, Ken represents townships with populations over 10,000 on the advisory board of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS). He is the only current Plumstead Township Supervisor to have represented the township at PSATS annually during his tenure.Ken and Paula, his wife of 43 years, have two children. Their son works in Philadelphia as a director for Pennsylvania’s largest voter registration nonprofit. Their daughter is a registered nurse in Denver who served as an ICU nurse caring for critically ill patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
